Envases del Pacifico SA (Edelpa) is a Chile-based company engaged in the design, production and distribution of flexible packages for the national and international food and consumer product industry. The Company's main products include plastic bottles for soft drinks, aluminum foil bags for snacks and chips, wrappings, plastic caps and plastic food containers, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Envases del Plata, Inversiones del Plata Ltda and Mandamientos e Inversiones SA, and Inversiones Cabildo SA was its majority shareholder with 34.80% of its interest.
