Entheon Biomedical Corp. announced that Dr. Henry Kranzler, Professor of Psychiatry and Director of the Center for Studies of Addiction at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine, has been appointed to Entheon's Advisory Board. Dr. Kranzler's research centres on the genetics and pharmacological treatment of substance dependence, with a particular emphasis on targeted addiction medicine. He is also a member of the editorial board of three peer-review journals and the editor of Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research. His work currently focuses on the molecular genetics of substance dependence and the personalized treatment of alcohol, opioid, and nicotine use disorders using a pharmacogenetic approach.
