Mr. Nitin Dutt Sharma is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.

Brief profile: Mr. Nitin Dutt Sharma has done B. Tech (civil) and has over 10 years of rich experience in project financing, project due diligence, project management, project administration, project coordination & project liasing in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector. He also has expertise in availing and maintaining statutory compliances required for implementation / co-ordiantion of projects / contracts.

Mr. Nitin Dutt Sharma is not related to any Director of the Company.
