The Management Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A. with the registered office in Sosnowiec (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") hereby informs that in connection with the electricity sale and purchase transaction made on February 4, 2021 by the subsidiary GET EnTra

Sp. z o.o. (the "Subsidiary") the total value of trading on the Polish Power Exchange S.A. (the "

Stock Exchange ", " POLPX ") during the period from 02.12.2020 to 04.02.2021 amounted to

49,144.2 thousand PLN. The aforementioned value comprises transactions of purchase and sale of electricity and gas with delivery dates between December 3, 2020 and December 31, 2022. The transaction with the highest value concluded in the above-mentioned period was a package of transactions dated December 21, 2020 covering the purchase and sale of electricity with a total value of PLN 4,981.9 thousand with delivery dates in the period from December 22, 2020 to December 31, 2022.

The transactions referred to above are carried out by the Subsidiary as part of its core business in energy trading, which consists primarily of trading in electricity.

The terms of the concluded contracts (transactions) do not contain provisions concerning contractual penalties and do not differ from the terms typical of this type or kind of transactions on the market.
