Endurance Acquisition Corp. Announces Cessation of Richard C. Davis as Chief Executive Officer

SatixFy Communications Ltd. announced business combination with Endurance Acquisition Corp. following the approval of the business combination by Endurance's stockholders on October 25, 2022 and satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Following the business combination, David Ripstein will continue in his role as SatixFy's CEO, Yoav Leibovitch will serve as Executive Chairman, and Endurance's CEO Richard Davis will join SatixFy's Board of Directors.

In connection with the consummation of the Business Combination, the following officers and directors of Endurance ceased to hold their respective positions: Chandra R. Patel ceased to be Chairman; Richard C. Davis ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and Director; Romeo A. Reyes ceased to be Chief Financial Officer; and the following individuals also ceased to be directors: Gary D. Begeman, Henry E. Dubois and Michael Leitner.
