Valerie R. Glenn Does Not Seek Re-Election to the Board of Directors of Employers Holdings, Inc

On March 1, 2023, Valerie R. Glenn notified Employers Holdings, Inc. that she will not seek re-election to the Company's Board of Directors at the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As a result, Ms. Glenn's service on the Board will conclude immediately following the 2023 Annual Meeting. Ms. Glenn has served as a director of the Company and its predecessors since 2006.
