Moatech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A033200) signed a contract to acquire 3.77% stake in K.J. Pretech Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A083470) from Shinsung Delta Tech Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A065350), Mi-Bok Lee and others for KRW 2 billion on July 17, 2014. Under the terms of the transaction, Moatech Co., Ltd. acquired 0.66 million K.J. Pretech shares at KRW 3000 per share. Moatech acquired 0.37 million K.J. Pretech shares from Shinsung Delta Tech Co., Ltd and 0.1 million K.J. Pretech shares from Mi-Bok Lee.
