Elvictor Group, Inc. announced that effective as of December 31, 2022, a majority of outstanding shares of capital stock entitled to vote voted to remove Lampros Theodorou as Director. Lampros Theodorou's removal as Director was not for cause and not the result of any disagreement with Board of Directors or management or otherwise in connection with operations, policies or practices.
