PETACH-TIKVA, Israel, November 8, 2021 - Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELTK), a global manufacturer and supplier of technologically advanced solutions in the field of printed circuit boards, announced today that Mr. Alon Mualem, Chief Financial Officer, submitted his resignation, effective January 6, 2022.

Eltek Ltd. manufactures, markets and sells custom made printed circuit boards (PCBs), including high density interconnect (HDI), flex-rigid and rigid, with high layer count boards.
