ELITE UK REIT Elite Commercial REIT announced that the Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders ("Unitholders") of Elite Commercial REIT (the "REIT") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 16 August 2022 being the record date ("Record Date") for the purpose of determining Unitholders' entitlement to the REIT's distributable income of 2.56 pence per unit for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022. Unitholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") are credited with units in the REIT ("Units") as at the Record Date will be entitled to the Distribution that will be paid on 22 September 2022. The Distribution will be out of tax-exempt income and therefore exempt from Singapore income tax in the hands of all Unitholders.
No Singapore income tax will be deducted from such Distribution.
