Reference is made to the notification regarding the resignation of Mr. Pongstorn Kunanusorn from EGCO's independent director and member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee with effect on October 1, 2017.

The Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") that the Board of Directors in its Meeting No.11/2017 on October 27, 2017 appointed Associate Professor Dr. Bordin Rassameethes as a independent director and a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee to succeed Mr. Pongstorn Kunanusorn with effect on October 27, 2017.
