EISO Enterprise Company., Ltd. (GTSM:5291) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,000,000 shares, representing 5.98% of its common stock. The shares will be purchased within the price range of TWD 10 per share and TWD 21 per share for a total consideration of TWD 325.81 million. The program will expire on August 27, 2016.
