Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company S.A.E. announced that it expects to receive EGP 4.5843 million in funding from National Investment Bank

Egyptian Transport and Commercial Services Company S.A.E. announced a private placement of 1,770,000 common shares at an issue price of EGP 2.59 per share for proceeds of EGP 4,584,300 on June 13, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor National Investment Bank.
