Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C.P. made a tender offer to acquire remaining 46.2% stake in Educational Holding Group K.S.C.P. from the shareholders of Educational Holding Group K.S.C.P. for KWD 34.9 million.

Boubyan Petrochemical Company K.S.C.P. (KWSE:BPCC) made a tender offer to acquire remaining 46.2% stake in Educational Holding Group K.S.C.P. (KWSE:EDU) for KWD 34.9 million on September 27, 2017. Boubyan Petrochemical Company will acquire the remaining shares of Educational Holding Group K.S.C.P. at KWD 0.308 per share. As on October 5, 2017, the board of Educational Holding Group considered the offer as fair and recommended the shareholders to accept the offer.

The recommendation is non-binding to shareholders. The offer will open on October 10, 2017 and will close on November 9, 2017. National Investments Company was appointed to manage the deal.
