São Paulo, January 18, 2012 - ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: ECOR3) hereby announces to the market, pursuant to Rule 358 issued on January 3, 2002 by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM"), that it has WON the Highway Concession Bidding Process, Bid Notice no. 001/2011 - BR-101/2011/ES/BA, held by the National Ground Transportation Agency (ANTT).

The proposed toll tariff was R$ 0.03391 with negative goodwill of 45.63% on the tariff ceiling established by the ANTT. The Granting Commission will proceed to analyze the envelopes containing the Qualification Documents and the Business Plan, after which it will await the ANTT's ratification of the bidding process outcome and call to sign the concession agreement.

This concession project consists of repairing, preserving, maintaining, improving and expanding the capacity of the BR-101/ES/BA Highway stretch between its junction with the BA-698, where it accesses the municipality of Mucuri (state of Bahia), and the border between the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo (excluding the bridge).

With yet another achievement, EcoRodovias is moving ahead with its corporate strategy of positioning itself in the main tourism and import and export corridors and regions with high potential for the development of logistics infrastructure. EcoRodovias also restates its commitment to returns and shareholder value creation.
