eBASE Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the Six months ending September 30, 2023 and full year Ending March 31, 2024. For the six months, the company expects net sales to be JPY 2,160 million, operating profit to be JPY 500 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent to be JPY 330 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 7.19.
For the full year, the company expects net sales to be JPY 4,900 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,480 million, profit attributable to owners of the parent to be JPY 1,010 million and basic earnings per share to be JPY 22.02.
eBASE Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development and sale of packaged software. The Company operates through two business segments. The eBASE segment is engaged in the development and sale of packaged software eBASE, which is a content management system; the system development operations, the provision of eBASE-based Cloud services and the operation of data pool services. The eBASE-PLUS segment is principally engaged in the operation of information technology (IT) development outsourcing business, including the provision of technical support services, the operation and management of center machines, the contracted development of eBASE, the provision of contracted operational services, and the provision of contracted maintenance services for servers.
