(SZSE:300310) for CNY 170 million on December 9, 2019. Zhuhai Hengqin Xuanyuan No. 8 Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire Shenzhen Belter Health Measurement and Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. from Eastone Century Technology Co.,Ltd. on December 17, 2019. For the period ended December 31, 2018, Shenzhen Belter Health Measurement and Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. has reported total assets of CNY 218.48 million, total liabilities of CNY 358.29 million, negative net assets of CNY 139.82 million, account receivable of CNY 90.32 million, revenues of CNY 272.34 million, operating loss of CNY 382.39 million and net loss of CNY 400.14 million. The Board of Directors of Eastone Century Technology Co.,Ltd. has approved the transaction and its shareholders approval is required.
