Eastgate Biotech Corp. (OTCPK:ETBI) entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire OMNI Surgery + Anti-Aging Centre from Bill Abajian on March 9, 2017. Under the terms, the shares will be exchanged for cash as per an agreed upon schedule mutually agreed upon by both parties. OMNI Surgery + Anti-Aging Centre will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastgate Biotech and OMNI Surgery + Anti-Aging Centre's full team of experienced management and personnel will remain on board. Bill Abajian will continue his role of counseling EastGate Biotech's mergers and acquisitions. OMNI Surgery + Anti-Aging Centre has a reported $2 million of total assets.
