January 24, 2017, Vancouver, British Columbia - Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats" or the "Company") announces that it has filed its response to the notice of civil claim filed by Hebei Zhongheng Tianda Platinum Co. Limited ("HZT") referred to in the Company's press release dated December 9, 2016. In its response, the Company is seeking to have the HZT claim dismissed with costs against HZT.
