On February 24, 2022, Sacheon Aerospace Manufacturing Ind. Co., Ltd closed the transaction. The company has received total KRW 21,200,000,000 by issuing 4,240,000 units of common shares in the transaction.

The company has received KRW 1,400,000,000 by issuing 2,800,000 units of common stock in its second and final tranche closing.
