Eagle Industry Co.,Ltd. reported Consolidated financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 94,410 Million compared to JPY 107,538 Million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 3,286 Million compared to JPY 3,990 Million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 2,034 Million compared to JPY 2,311 Million a year ago. Earnings per share was JPY 41.44 compared to JPY 47.09 a year ago. Profit was JPY 3,035 Million compared to JPY 3,121 Million a year ago.
EAGLE INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of mechanical seals, special valves and other sealing device-related products. The Company operates in four business segments. Automobile and Construction Machinery Industry Related segment manufactures and sells mechanical seals (shaft seals) and special valves for automobiles and construction machinery, as well as special valves for the electric power industry. General Industrial Machinery and Semiconductor Industry Related segment manufactures and sells mechanical seals (shaft seals) for industrial machinery, oil refining, and chemical plant industries, as well as precision bellows products. Marine Industry Related segment manufactures and sells stern tube seals (shaft seals) and bearings. Aerospace Industry Related segment manufactures and sells various seals (shaft seals), as well as pressure sensors for aircraft and rocket engines.
