SUCCESSFUL BID FOR A NEW PROJECT

The board of directors of Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd.* (the ''Company'' )is pleased to announce that, on 25 January 2018, the Company was confirmed to be the successful bidder for the municipal solid waste-to-energy project (Phase II) in Huiyang Environmental Park in Guangdong Province. The project will adopt the build-operate-transfer (BOT) model and has a concessionary period of 29 years (including a two-year construction period). The project will have a daily municipal solid waste treatment capacity of 3,400 tons. The construction of the project is planned to be carried out in two phases, with the first phase of construction to achieve a daily capacity of 1,700 tons and the second phase of construction to achieve a daily capacity of 1,700 tons. The tentative investment amount of the project is RMB1,786.2877 million. Together with the municipal waste-to-energy project (Phase I) in Huiyang Environmental Park which is already in operation, the aggregated daily treatment capacity of the project will reach 4,600 tons.
