Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad (KLSE:DUFU) refuted news of the group receiving a take over notice from Inari Amertron Berhad (KLSE:INARI). In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dufu said the Board is not aware of any situation that would trigger potential corporate restructuring to the group.
"We have not received any notice of takeover by Inari or any related parties of Inari or any other party /parties interested to acquire Dufu Group," it stressed.
