Dpeco Holdings Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 45.2% stake in DPECO Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A163430) from Singeun Song, Byungja An, Junyoung Song, Eunyoung Song and Mooyoung Kim for KRW 1.03 billion on February 28, 2019. Dpeco Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 0.7 million shares of DPECO Co.,Ltd. The transaction is subject to court approval. The transaction is expected to close on April 30, 2019.
