Doxee (DOX:IM), an innovative SME, a high-tech multinational leader in offering products in the Customer Communications Management, Digital Customer Experience and Paperless fields, in relation to the treasury share buyback program launched on 16 May 2022 in execution of the resolution of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 28 April 2022, announces that it has purchased on Euronext Growth Milan from 5 June 2023 to 7 June 2023, the first and last day included, a total of no. 500 treasury shares, equal to 0.006% of the share capital, at the average price of Euro 8.20 per share, for a total value of Euro 4,100.00.

The purchases of treasury shares took place through Integrae SIM S.p.A., in its capacity as intermediary appointed to carry out the operations, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions and according to the methods, terms and conditions contained in the authorization purchase and disposal of treasury shares conferred by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
