(Alliance News) - Doxee Spa announced Wednesday in the evening that it has been awarded, in a Temporary Grouping of Companies together with the company Postel Spa as mandatary, the tender announced by INPS aimed at concluding a four-year framework agreement on "Service aimed at the creation of personalized and interactive videos."

The total award amount is EUR1.8 million, divided into EUR300,000 for 2023, EUR600,000 for 2024, EUR600,000 for 2025 and EUR300,000 for 2026.

Postel is a document company of the Poste Italiane Group that offers document management and communication services to support public and private companies.

The contract is financed using resources from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan aimed at enabling a more agile digital transformation of SMEs and public administration.

The breakdown of the amounts between Postel and Doxee will be defined when the framework agreement is signed, which is expected to be signed in July 2023, and which provides for the creation of personalized and interactive videos based on the patented Doxee Pvideo® technology marketed through the PostelVIDEO solution, by virtue of the fruitful and long-lasting collaboration between Postel and Doxee for the exclusive use reserved for the world of Central Public Administration.

Doxee's stock on Wednesday closed at parity at EUR8.05 per share.
