Doshisha Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7483) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 1,000,000 shares, representing 2.85% of the outstanding shares for ?1,900 million. The purpose of the program is to carry out agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until July 31, 2022. As of October 31, 2021, the company had 35,141,012 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock ) and 2,234,624 shares in treasury.
