DORAY MINERALS LIMITED Doray Minerals Ltd (ASX: DRM, "Doray" or "the Company") advises that Mr Peter Lester, Non-Executive Chairman of Doray, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Company effective from Monday 16 January 2017 to focus on his other business interests.
During his tenure as Chairman of the Company, Doray successfully acquired the Deflector Gold Project, funded its development and transitioned into a multi-mine producer.
The Board expresses its thanks to Mr Lester for his guidance and contribution over the past 2 ½ years.
The Company has commenced a search for a replacement Chairman and will provide an update as soon as practicable.
