The company issued 9,607,685 shares at a price of CNY 24.98 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 239.999.971. The transaction involved participation from Tianjin Chenxin Business Consulting Co., Ltd. for CNY 169,999,991 and Vanke Homelink (Beijing) Decoration Co., Ltd. for CNY 69,999,980.
