        --  First Quarter 2014: Thursday, April 24, 2014
        --  Second Quarter 2014: Thursday, July 24, 2014
        --  Third Quarter 2014: Thursday, October 23, 2014
        --  Fourth Quarter 2014: Friday, February 6, 2015

Consistent with past practice, each quarterly earnings release with accompanying financial tables will be issued before markets open, followed by a 10:00 a.m. (ET) conference call to discuss results. The above-mentioned dates are tentative and will be confirmed approximately three weeks prior to the official earnings release date.
