Domino's, the UK's favourite pizza brand, is taking a new step into fashion by launching the world's first 'wipeable' onesie - designed to allow super fans to enjoy their favourite fresh slice without fear of sauce spillage (FOSS).

This news, ties in with previously unseen research, from 'Domino's Slice of Homelife report', which looks at how people like to spend their downtime in the home. This reveals that almost three quarters of Brits (73 per cent) change into their pyjamas or comfy clothes the moment they step through the door each evening.

The wipeable onesie creator, Charlotte Denn, of Channel 4: 'Make and Mend Seamstress' fame, took 13 hours to create the prototype version, combining stain proof fabric with soft velveteen to achieve the ultimate in both comfort and resilience. The Domino's home uniform also comes fitted with two giant pockets on each side to store dips and drinks, letting pizza lovers to 'dip and sip' with ease.

The announcement comes just in time for New Year's Day, which the pizza-maker anticipates to be its busiest of the year. With a prediction of 300,000 pizzas being freshly-handmade to order before midnight, just under one million people will choose Domino's to celebrate the first day of 2017 - and 7.10pm is expected to be the peak time at which to order a pizza.

Domino's will be match funding each sale and donating all of the proceeds to its selected charities includingTeenage Cancer Trust, for which Domino's has already raised over £1million pounds this year.
