DHH purchased 3,500 of its own ordinary shares for approximately EUR105,000

(Alliance News) - DHH Spa reported Monday that it purchased 3,535 of its own ordinary shares between July 8 and July 12.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR29.6102 each and a total value of EUR104,672.40.

As of today, the company holds 17,462 treasury shares, accounting for 0.4 percent of its share capital.

DHH's stock is flat at EUR29.60 per share.
