The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. (hereinafter the "Company"), acting in compliance with §103, section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of confirming equivalency of information required by the regulations of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of
2014 item 133) (hereinafter the "Regulation"), hereby informs about the dates of publication of
interim reports in 2015:
The annual and consolidated annual report for 2014 - 26 February 2015; Consolidated quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2015- 24 April 2015
- for the third quarter of 2015 - 23 October 2015.
The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2015 - 26 August 2015.
Acting in compliance with §102, section 1 and §101, section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will
not publish the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and the second quarter of 2015.
The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. informs that in accordance with §83, sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation the Company intends to publish the consolidated quarterly reports including the quarterly financial information and the consolidated half-year annual report containing the abridged half-year financial statements.
