Sales Simplicity Software announced that it has deployed DocuSign, Inc., completely embedded within Sales Simplicity. Sales Simplicity users now have access to an electronic signature system that is valid on all contracts and legal documents, making the new home contract and closing processes far less cumbersome, entirely digital, and infinitely easier to manage. There is no additional charge for Sales Simplicity users to access DocuSign.

DocuSign is the fast, most-secure way to have contract forms and agreements electronically signed anytime, anywhere on any Internet-enabled device. (DocuSign complies with the U.S. Federal ESIGN Act.) With Sales Simplicity, DocuSign allows for digital signature approval for contracts, addendums, and change orders, as well as for approvals of custom options request and project estimates. After a brief set-up process, Sales Simplicity users can be using DocuSign within a day, allowing users to complete and sign a wide range of forms, contracts, and agreements.
