DM Solutions Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:6549) agreed to acquire Centerliss Co., Ltd. from Masatoshi Ishitani on March 8, 2019. Under the transaction, DM Solutions Co., Ltd. acquires 80 shares. Post transfer, Centerliss will become a wholly owned subsidiary of DM Solutions. During the year ended November 2018, Centerliss Co., Ltd. reported net assets of ¥184.6 million, total assets of ¥223.4 million, sales of ¥247.3 million, operating income of ¥51 million and net income of ¥35.8 million. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of DM Solutions Co., Ltd. Parties will sign an agreement on March 11, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on March 15, 2019.
