Dizon Copper-Silver Mines, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced net loss was PHP 276,845 compared to PHP 652,363 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.004 compared to PHP 0.008 a year ago.
For the nine months, net loss was PHP 919,884 compared to PHP 1.485 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.012 compared to PHP 0.019 a year ago.
Dizon Copper Silver Mines, Inc. (DCSMI) is a Philippines-based holding company engaged in the business of mining. The Company focuses on acquiring, purchasing, leasing, holding, working and operating mines, mining claims, grounds or lodes in the Philippines or in foreign countries. DCSMI crushes, concentrates, smelts, refines, dress, amalgamates and prepare for market ores, metal and mineral substances of all kinds. The Company's mineral deposit classified as a gold-rich porphyry copper deposit. The Company's operations include Barangay Buhawen, San Marcelino and Zambales. DCSMI's activities include care and maintenance of the mine site and the mining properties, especially the Bayarong Tailings area. DCSMI has a Mineral Processing Permit for the recovery of minerals in the Bayarong Tailings Dam. The Company owns a property in Barangay Parada, Valenzuela City with a total area of approximately 4,070 square meters. DCSMI owns all the immovable assets like the land, roads and bridges.
