BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DIXY GROUP ELECTS THE NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD Moscow, Russian Federation, January 24, 2017 Today, January 24, 2017, the Board of Directors of DIXY Group elects the new Management Board of DIXY Group:

• Sergey Belyakov - General Director of DIXY Group and member of the Board of Directors;

• Alexander Komissarov - Director of Megamart division;

• Olge Zhunikov - Director of Victoria division;

• Artem Afanasiev - General Counsel, member of the Board of Directors;

• Vasiliy Bulatov - Director of the assets protection department.

Pedro Pereira da Silva, Julio Marques Duarte and Juan Giralt Silva leave the Management Board and the Company effective from today.
