Subject: Notification of signing Memorandum of Understanding of the collaboration with TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited

Ditto (Thailand) Public Company Limited ("Company") would like to inform that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding of the collaboration with TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited on 8 June 2022. Objectives are to collaborate in business operations pursuing the integration of each company's expertise such as environment and innovation engineering field in order to create a sustainable growth for both parties with consideration to Environment, Social, Governance (ESG).

This Memorandum of Understanding is a three-year agreement starting on 8 June 2022 and runs until 7 June 2025 or until the period of time that both parties agree to extend.
