The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns and capital efficiency, and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment.
The plan will be valid till December 21, 2023. As of November 30, 2022, the company had 1,553,073 shares issued and 27 shares in treasury.
