For the quarter, the company reported revenue was $209.7 million against revenue of $175.4 million a year ago. Income from operations was $5.5 million against income from operations of $20.6 million a year ago. Loss before income taxes was $4.5 million against income before income taxes of $15.5 million a year ago. Net loss was $2.2 million against net income of $8.6 million a year ago. Net loss available to common stockholders was $3.2 million against net income available to common stockholders of $7.3 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA in a range of $380 million to $395 million, with full year contribution from Radiant reducing overall EBITDA margins by approximately 700 basis points.
