On January 4, 2022, Oasis Management Company Ltd. announced that it has submitted a notification with the purpose of perform important proposal actions in order to protect shareholder value.
Digital Garage, Inc. is a Japan-based company engaged in the marketing technology business, the financial technology business, the incubation technology business and the long term incubation business.
