DGB Financial Group Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A139130) agree to acquired Soorim Venture Capital Co.,Ltd. for KRW 10.5 billion on March 26, 2021. DGB Financial Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 2 million shares in Soorim Venture Capital Co.,Ltd. Soorim Venture Capital Co.,Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 9.414 million, total equity KRW 9.067 million and net income of KRW 151 million for the year end December 31, 2020. The transaction is expected to complete on April 2, 2021.
