Deutsche Grundstuecksauktionen : Annual report 2016

The subsidiaries have developed differently, whereas the biggest gain was achieved by the Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG. In total 1.888 objects for € 100.277.460 were sold which is a decline of about 4,5 % regarding the previous year (€ 105.061.464). The selling quota of all offered objects rose in total by one percent up to 90,1 %.

The broker's fee earnings net have developed positively. Despite the lower object turnover an increase at the broker's fee earnings net free from turnover tax and other commissions could be achieved. They were at about € 10,59 mio. after about € 10,34 mio. in the previous year (+ 2,4 %) in total.

In detail:

The Deutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG could sell 320 objects for € 32.670.800.

Our subsidiary Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG, could sell 432 objects for € 20.240.300.

Our 100% subsidiary Norddeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, sold 206 objects for € 12.264.900.

Our third subsidiary, the Plettner & Brecht Immobilien GmbH, sold in the just passed year of business 137 objects for € 10.315.700 at auctions and 10 objects for € 5.555.200 at the broker's section.

At online auctions from our subsidiary Deutsche Internet Immobilien Auktionen GmbH 628 objects for € 3.491.260 were sold.

Our youngest, also 100% subsidiary, the Westdeutsche Grundstücksauktionen AG, did sell 155 objects for € 15.739.300.

We are following a steady dividend policy and share the achieved profits to the largest possible extent with our shareholders. At this early point in time we can of course not give an earnings statement. On basis of the good object and broker's fee earnings we believe that in the 18 year in a row we can give an attractive dividend for the just passed year of business. The concrete dividend proposal and the exact date for the general meeting which will be held at the end of June 2017 will be presented in mid April.
