The Board of Directors of Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited approved the construction of Plant D13, D14 and D15 with estimated total costs of approximately THB 4.125 billion on April 11, 2024. The civil work for D13 and D14 is around THB 1.2 billion contract value. Once the other relevant matters are confirmed, the Company will announce it accordingly.
The counterparty to the civil work contract of Plant D13 and D14 is New Nanyang Construction Co. Ltd.
