DeHua TB New Decoration Material Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002043) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire remaining 25% stake in Zhejiang Desheng Wood Industry Co., Ltd from Jian Jiamin for CNY 43.6 million on January 5, 2018. Post-acquisition, DeHua TB New Decoration Material Co.,Ltd will increase the shareholding from 75% to 100% in Zhejiang Desheng Wood Industry Co., Ltd. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Dehua TB New Decoration Material Co., Ltd.
