DEA CAPITAL S.P.A.: NOTIFICATION OF SHARE BUY BACKMilan, 16 January 2017 - DeA Capital S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 9 and 13 January 2017 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 21st April 2016 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 101,062 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.033% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 1.2355 per share, for a total of Euro 124,859.46.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between between 9 and 13 January 2017 are enclosed.
