Hybio Biotechnology (Dali) Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 20,000,000 out of which CNY 4,175,822 will go to registered capital and CNY 15,824,178 to capital reserve of the company, on January 15, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. Post the transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 31,318,681 to CNY 35,494,503, Dazhong Transportation (Group) Co., Ltd. will hold 11.7647% stake and Hybio Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.'s stake will decrease from 32.5684% to 28.7368%.
