Board Member Barry Bycoff Assumes Chairman Role From Founder Michael

election of Barry Bycoff as Day's new Chairman of its Board of
Directors. Bycoff takes over the position from Day Software's
previous Chairman, Michael Moppert, who will remain an active member
of Day's Board.
