Dashang Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600694) agreed to acquire remaining 3% stake in Shenyang Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Tiexi Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd. from Dalian Dashang Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 32.0948 million on August 6, 2021. The consideration for the acquisition of 3% equity in Shenyang Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd is CNY 30.3368 million, and the transaction amount for the acquisition of 3% equity in Shenyang Tiexi Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd is CNY 1.758 million. For the year ended on December 31, 2021, Shenyang Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza reported total assets of CNY 740 million and Net asset of CNY 310 million and Shenyang Tiexi Dashang New Mart Shopping and Leisure Plaza Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 430 million and Net asset of CNY -60 million.
