On April 25, 2016, Darkstar Ventures, Inc. appointed Mr. Moshe Metzger, a resident of New York, as the Secretary of the company. Mr. Metzger will be joining Mr. Avraham Bengio, the company's CEO, CFO and sole director, as part of the Registrant's management team.
